Supply Chain
Partnerships with purpose.
A vertically integrated supply chain that absorbs risk, protects quality, and creates genuine opportunity — for our in-house teams and our network of trusted subcontractors alike.
In-house by design. Local by commitment.
Legacie operates six fully integrated specialist businesses that sit within our group structure. By owning key trades in-house, we absorb risk more effectively, exercise tighter control over quality and timelines, and keep economic benefit within our communities.
Where we work with external subcontractors, we prioritise local businesses — 50% of our subcontractor spend is placed with firms working within 20 miles of each project. This is not a policy; it is a commitment we hold ourselves to on every scheme.
"We maintain in-house operations to absorb risk more effectively, ensuring tighter control over quality, timelines, and costs."

Join our supply chain
We actively recruit capable, ethical subcontractors for Build-to-Rent, PBSA and Social Housing projects across our pipeline. Both small and large-scale contractors are encouraged to register.
Build to Rent
Our largest and fastest-growing pipeline. We need trusted subcontractors across all trades for flagship schemes in Liverpool and Manchester.
Student Accommodation
Purpose-built student schemes require high-quality fit-out, MEP and specialist trades. We seek subcontractors with PBSA delivery experience.
Social Housing
Our social housing programme requires contractors who understand the unique requirements of this sector — quality, affordability, and community sensitivity.
