Founded in Liverpool in 2015, Legacie has grown from a single project into one of the North of England's most respected property development companies — transforming landscapes and empowering communities.

Legacie was founded in 2015 by Liverpool native John Morley with a clear ambition: to create high-quality homes that do more than provide shelter — homes that regenerate neighbourhoods, create employment, and leave a lasting positive mark on the communities they join.
Operating from Great George Street in Liverpool, we have built a fully integrated business covering every stage of the development lifecycle — from land identification and planning through to construction, sales and ongoing property management.
Today, Legacie employs over 100 people, has delivered 3,000 homes, and has a further 3,000 in the pipeline. We work across Liverpool, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Luton — sourcing 60% of our workforce from Merseyside, keeping the benefit of our growth close to home.
